Terms of Service

By purchasing and using the BOB Builder SaaS license, you agree to these terms.

License

Your one-time payment grants you a single, non-transferable license to operate one branded storefront. You may not resell, sub-license, or share access to the BOB Builder engine.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use your storefront lawfully and not to misrepresent the product. You are responsible for the content of your own marketing and for complying with your local affiliate disclosure laws.

Fair Use

The BOB Builder is offered as a personal and small-business tool. While we advertise sub-client creation as "unlimited," the platform is intended for legitimate storefront use — not for automated reselling, bulk account farming, reselling raw access, or creating storefronts you do not actively manage. We reserve the right to review accounts that create an unreasonable number of storefronts in a short period, that show no real engagement, or that otherwise indicate the platform is being used as a resale mechanism rather than a storefront tool. In the rare event of suspected misuse, we may contact you to confirm legitimate use, temporarily pause new sub-client creation, or adjust your seat allocation. Your active storefronts and existing data will not be affected. If you genuinely need more storefronts than the default allocation provides, contact support and we will accommodate reasonable requests at no extra cost.

Data

Leads and kit data are retained for 30 days. You are responsible for exporting your data regularly. We are not liable for data loss after the retention period.

Refunds

Refund terms are governed by the platform through which you purchased (e.g. WarriorPlus). Contact support for refund requests.
